Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for good equipment operator for this central Nebraska row crop producer. Progressive row crop producer in
** Nebraska
* * is seeking a skilled and dependable
** Equipment Operator
** who is also willing and ideally able to drive a semi for local grain hauls. This role is flexible and can be tailored to the individual s strengths, but preference will be given to candidates who are open to doing both equipment operation and truck driving, depending on the time of year.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Operate a wide variety of modern farm equipment used in planting, spraying, harvesting, and general fieldwork (corn and other row crops).
* Haul grain and farm commodities locally using semi-trucks and hopper-bottom trailers; home every night.
* Perform daily equipment checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Adapt to varied tasks and changing responsibilities throughout the season.
* Be punctual, dependable, and trustworthy able to work independently and take initiative.
*
* Qualifications:

*** Strong experience operating farm equipment; familiarity with precision ag technology a plus.
* Willingness and ability to drive truck when needed;
** CDL required or willingness to obtain one**.
* Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail in performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.
* Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
* Flexible, family-oriented mindset; willing to pitch in wherever needed.
