MAINTENANCE TECH - Day Shift (Maintenance)

Essential Functions:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and related manufacturing systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and determine root causes of equipment failures.
• Repair or replace components such as motors, bearings, belts, pumps, sensors, switches, valves and other machine components.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Assist with installation, setup, relocation and commissioning of machining equipment.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend improvements to increase reliability and machine uptime.
• Work closely with machinists, production personnel, engineering and other maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of technical maintenance experience that includes maintaining or repairing CNC machines, machine tools or industrial manufacturing equipment, as well as working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
