Family Preservation Supervisor – Nebraska Family Preservation
The Family Preservation Supervisor oversees Family Preservation staff within an assigned region, ensuring quality services that promote child safety, family stability, and well-being. This role provides clinical and administrative supervision, supports staff development, ensures contract and policy compliance, coordinates services with community partners, and serves as a liaison with courts and other agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support Family Preservation Case Managers and Family Support Workers.
- Provide coaching, training, and trauma‑informed supervision to staff.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant case documentation and service delivery.
- Coordinate with courts, community partners, and public/private agencies to meet family needs.
- Monitor referrals, assign cases, and oversee contract compliance.
- Facilitate team meetings, staff development, and program planning activities.
- Provide crisis intervention and on‑call support as needed.
- Compile reports, maintain data systems, and ensure accurate program reporting.
- Promote cultural responsiveness, teamwork, and positive outcomes for children and families.
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related human services field preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required. - Current Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board licensure (LBSW, LMLP, LMFT, LPC, LCP, or equivalent) required.
- Supervisory experience in child welfare, family services, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving requirements.
- Flexible scheduling.
- 20 days of personal leave in the first year of employment; 25 days after completion of the first year.

Salary:
Average salary is $66,060.80.
