JBS Carriers is a leading multi-state and regional truckload carrier specializing in refrigerated and non-refrigerated freight, including live haul (cattle, hogs and poultry), tankers, container chassis and grain hoppers. Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado;
Green Bay, Wisconsin;
Cactus, Texas;
Pittsburg, Texas;

Driver Pay Rates:

• Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year
• Trainees:
  Start at $0.60 Cents per Mile
• NEW PAY INCREASE:
  Experienced Drivers Earn $0.64 - $0.69 Cents per Mile, Depending on Experience!
• All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home
• Extra Stop/Pickup pay at $40 per stop
• Lumper:
  Paid by JBS - No driver unloads unless they want to ($2.50 per thousand pounds)
• Breakdown Pay: $16/hour after 2 hours, with a max of 10 hours
• Layover Pay: $140 for each instance after idle for 24 hours (Must be available for work during this time)
• In Transit Layover Pay:
  Loads with multiple drops $160 per occurrence per 24-hour delay

• Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral: $50 every week of your referred driver's first year and $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work & Route:

• Average Weekly Miles: 2,400
• Main Driving Region:
  Nebraska to Colorado regional run
• 75% shipper is drop/hook
• 80% live unload

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
• Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
• Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
