About the Role:

Join Polaris Logistics as a delivery driver! You will drive and deliver Amazon packages from a cargo van, following a new or similar route each day. We offer complete training, a supportive team, and an adaptation period to ensure your success. Delivery Driver Schedule and Compensation:

• $21.75/hour (~$40,000+/year)
• Start time: 11:00 AM | End time: 7:00–8:00 PM (Most drivers work 8 to 9 hours/day.)
• 3–5 workdays per week (subject to availability)
• Saturday and Sunday required for the first 30 days, then a minimum of 1 day off per week.
• Bi-weekly pay with on-demand pay options.
• Paid training upon completion.

No prior experience required and we offer training. Former drivers from Fed Ex, Door Dash, or other delivery services are welcome.

Basic Requirements for Delivery Drivers:

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Drug test (no marijuana/THC testing)
• Some knowledge of English
