Key Responsibilities- Perform required daily cycle counts as scheduled by Corporate Audit.
- Reconcile parts through systems such as JDE, WMS, SAP/EWM, etc.
- Manage inventory control for both warehouse and plant locations.
- Investigate and resolve priority NIL missing parts.
- Collate information by interacting with supervisors, team leads, warehouse staff and the planning team.
- Learn all functions within the Cycle Count Team across warehouse and plant.
- Resolve NIL and variance issues.
- Execute cycle counting and related duties.
- Perform additional assigned tasks.
- Collaborate as a team member to drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in JDE or other Warehouse Management Systems.
- Ability to learn SAP/EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience applying LEAN tools for problem solving.
- Effective and professional communication – verbal and written.
- Ability to read and understand part drawings.
- Self‑driven and proactive.
- Basic email skills.
- Must be able to operate material handling equipment.
- Capable of accessing parts in elevated locations up to 25 ft.
- Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends when required.
- High school diploma or GED required, with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience using JDE and WMS.
- Excel proficiency.
- Forklift operation experience.
The starting hourly rate is $26.03 per hour.
