Warehouse Associate

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.75/hr

• Competitive pay rate and weekly pay schedule
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential
• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 7 AM to 3:30 PM—no nights or weekends
• Work for a nationally recognized company in industrial distribution
• Emphasis on safety, training, and growth within a supportive team environment

• Operating a cherry picker to access warehouse inventory (training provided; must not be afraid of heights)
• Picking, packing, and staging materials for shipment
• Using barcode scanners for efficient inventory management
• Following safety and quality control protocols at all times
• Assisting in receiving and shipping operations within the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Can lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand for extended periods during your shift
• Are comfortable working at heights (cherry picker operation required)
• Have prior experience using barcode scanners and inventory systems (preferred)
• Bring solid warehouse and distribution experience to the role
• Possess a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Are open to working in a hands-on warehouse environment
• Have a strong attendance record in previous jobs
• Have experience in warehouse shipping or receiving (a strong plus)
