Front Desk Receptionist at Hormone Health and Wellness of Colorado

Full-Time | $17–$20/hr | Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PMHormone Health and Wellness of Colorado is a locally-owned clinic focused on personalized care through hormone therapy and wellness support. We're looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our office. This role is key to helping us maintain a calm, welcoming environment where patients feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
- Answer phones, return messages, and schedule appointments
- Process payments, manage intake forms, and maintain accurate records
- Keep the front desk area organized and stocked
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a wellness or medical office setting
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Familiar with EMR systems and basic computer programs
- Prior front desk or administrative experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
