This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who takes pride in maintaining high-quality standards, coordinating multiple trades, solving problems in the field, and keeping projects on schedule from start to finish.

- Construction Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate construction activities and supervise subcontractors and field staff.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed documentation, and keep projects moving according to schedule. - Problem-Solving Ability: Strong ability to identify and resolve issues involving subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Communication Excellence: Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with project teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, bulletins, and field changes.
- Scheduling Expertise: Ability to coordinate daily work activities, subcontractor schedules, inspections, and project milestones.
- Quality Focused: Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets project requirements.
- Safety Focused: Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and the ability to maintain a safe and secure job site.
- Field Presence: Ability to remain actively engaged on the construction site and monitor work progress in person.
- Travel & Schedule Flexibility: Ability to travel as required and work a full-time Monday–Saturday schedule.
What the Job Looks Like (What You'll Do)
- Lead Daily Site Operations: Coordinate all site construction activities and supervise staff, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage Project Schedules: Coordinate daily work activities, assist with the overall project schedule, and provide weekly three-week look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor Construction Progress: Oversee the job site and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
- Review Construction Documents: Review and redline drawings, maintain as-built drawings, and track RFIs, bulletins, field changes, and submittals.
- Coordinate Inspections: Schedule required inspections and testing, communicate with inspectors, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Resolve Field Issues: Identify and resolve issues with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
