Position:
Member Frontline Services Associate

Hourly rate: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Provides member service, maintains checkout and entry/exit areas, resolves member issues, promotes products, assists with transactions, follows safety and security procedures, trains new associates, and supports continuous improvement.

• Provide member service and support, including use of self‑service technology.
• Process purchases, payments, returns, refunds and exchanges per company policy.
• Maintain checkout, entrance and exit areas and keep them safe.
• Identify and report unsafe situations, shrink, and damages.
• Conduct safety sweeps and maintain security logs.
• Assist with training of new Member Frontline Services associates and rollout of new programs.
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to meet priorities and improve processes.
• Support company values: integrity, customer focus, teamwork, and excellence.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating front‑end retail equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Prior experience in a retail or membership‑based environment.
• Experience with Walmart or Sam’s Club processes.

Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid under specific circumstances.
