Purpose
Grand Junction HSSE Manager is responsible for leading, implementing, and continuously improving the Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental performance of the Grand Junction site, ensuring full compliance with applicable U.S. regulations and Total Energies standards.
Perimeter- One industrial manufacturing site located in Grand Junction (CO)
- 3 batch units with approx. 3,500 MT/y production of butadiene-based specialty resins (Ricon, Ricobond, Ricacryl)
- Includes production units, logistics/warehouses, laboratories (QC/Applications)
- Chemical manufacturing environment (high hazard / process safety focus).
- U.S. regulatory framework with strong enforcement requirements.
- Interaction with multiple internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- Industrial site requiring high level of operational discipline and crisis readiness.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience in HSSE management in an industrial or chemical environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. HSSE regulations (OSHA, EPA).
- Experience in high-hazard industrial environments (process safety exposure).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in an international environment.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $145,000 – $165,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on competencies and experience of the selected candidate.
