Summit West Care is a mission-driven non-profit home health agency, and we are searching for compassionate and reliable caregivers to support clients with daily living tasks. Our services help individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

No experience? No problem! We provide training!

Our experienced team of administrators, nurses, and caregivers work alongside you to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in all the skills needed to succeed as a caregiver.

• Light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, meal preparation, grocery shopping, etc.

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility/ambulation support, continence care, medication reminders, and more

• Vital sign monitoring, skilled transfers, medication assistance, and additional tasks tailored to client needs

• To be 18 or older
• A valid driver's license
• A reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Summit West Care was developed as a non-profit, free-standing agency in 2002. Our community recognized the need for providing quality care in the home. Summit West Care was designed to serve people in need of care in their home.

Since our inception, Summit West Care has served several thousand clients and families in Mesa County and we have had the support and donations from organizations such as St. Mary's Hospital, Rocky Mountain Health Plans and Hilltop. Because of our strong staff expertise and leadership and the profound belief that people deserve to heal at home, we have received several awards for quality and excellence in home health care service.
