Summit West Care is a mission-driven, non-profit home health agency seeking compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregivers to support clients with daily living activities. Our services help individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes throughout Mesa County.

No experience? No problem. Paid training is provided.

Our experienced team of administrators, nurses, and caregivers will support you every step of the way to ensure you feel confident and prepared in your role.

• Light housekeeping
• Laundry and dishes
• Meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and errands

• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility and ambulation support
• Continence care
• Medication reminders

• Vital sign monitoring
• Safe transfers
• Medication assistance
• Additional tasks tailored to client needs

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn
