Permanent Position:
Ultrasound Technologist General ab/ob small parts.
No nights or weekends, 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM Monday‑Thursday and Fridays 8:30 AM‑3:00 PM.
Minimum Years of
Experience:
Less than 1 year.
Performs all ultrasound procedures and administrative work related to women’s care.
Work ScheduleFull‑time, 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM Monday‑Thursday; 8:30 AM‑3:00 PM Friday.
LocationCommunity Hospital, Grand Junction, Colorado.
Responsibilities- Ensure all necessary equipment is operational before patient procedures.
- Clean and stock rooms after each exam.
- Clean all equipment after each use (scanner, table, counters, operator console, workstations, injectors, wheelchairs, etc.).
- Communicate results of US exams to referring physicians as directed by providers.
- Manage follow‑up associated with STAT calls, results, and patients awaiting results.
- Accurately transfer images, patient information, and exam paperwork to Virtual Radiology for after‑hour cases.
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations- CRDMS Registry in General, OB, or Vascular
- BLS certification
Pay range: $38.00 – $43.70 per hour, depending on education and experience.
Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
