Recruiter Insight:
St. Mary's is a Level II Trauma Center with a Level III NICU. While NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) is listed as "preferred," having it on your profile will significantly move you to the top of the pile given the facility's high-acuity neonatal needs. This is a great "career-builder" contract due to the heavy diagnostic and ICU exposure.
