Medical Assistant - Ear, Nose Throat

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Clinical Support: Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment (including ENT scopes), and assist physicians with in-office procedures such as ear cleanings, nasal endoscopy, and allergy testing.
• Patient Intake: Greet patients, update medical history, verify medications/allergies, and document chief complaints in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, manage surgical, imaging, or audiology referrals, and handle patient triage calls.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock medical supplies and linen.
• Patient Education: Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative care or, if applicable, on allergy medications.

• Education: High school diploma/GED plus completion of a recognized Medical Assistant program.

Compensation details: 19-23 Hourly Wage
