Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of nursing management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Director-level role

• Valid RN license in the state of employment
• Ability to meet travel requirements if applicable
• Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and ongoing education
