• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications for prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively and adapt to business needs.
• Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, anticipate seasonality, and adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, and equipment operation and sanitation.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use hand‑held technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, club pickup orders, training, and product quality.
• Drive area performance: stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, and deliver member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, handling payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns.
• Act as a brand advocate by developing, influencing, and inspiring others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing action plans; use the Open Door Policy and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; and learn from change and feedback.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00*.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance incentives of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service / Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
