  • Routine and emergent maintenance of all Hilltop facilities.
  • Maintenance support of all programs including electrical repair (moving sockets/switches and trouble shooting, HVAC troubleshooting to the component level, advanced plumbing repair and maintenance (to include soldering), painting, and advanced repair or replacement of drywall.
  • Removing and replacing floor coverings.
  • Refurbishing apartments.
  • Read and interpret facility blue prints, produce shop drawings.
  • Repairing appliances (i.e., washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and stoves).
  • Overseeing and enforcing facility safety.
  • Assisting with apartment moves and heavy lifting.
  • Assisting and overseeing the work of Maintenance Engineer I.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Available for on call rotation.
  • More Specifically, In This Role We Request:
    This position requires some specific skills that we hope you can bring.

    Two years of college or four years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Certification related to maintenance (HVAC, Engineers License, etc) (preferred)
