Job Overview
:
The employee assists in identifying business opportunities, analyzes financial statements, and develops customer service strategies within the oil and gas well environment.

• Identify new business opportunities and assist in cost-benefit analysis.
• Explain water and well analysis to Account Managers and develop customer service strategies.
• Take responsibility for subordinates’ activities, train and develop their skills, and encourage growth.
• Interview and hire employees to support customer needs.
• Prioritize and plan work activities, set goals, and manage resources.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, and provide disciplinary action as warranted.
• Manage and develop plans for efficient use of equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Express ideas verbally and in written form with excellent listening skills.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years experience, including 2 years supervisory experience in oilfield operations.
• Knowledge of oilfield operations and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge and experience in well-servicing or related oil and gas environment.

• Indoor and outdoor work in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Use of safety equipment: hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, gloves, H2S monitor.
