This is a full-time, on-site role for a UV Offset Lead Pressman located in Grand Junction, Colorado (https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).). We are in search of experienced UV Led sheetfed press operators that enjoy a secure, high-paced, challenging job that offers the benefits of operating a Brand-New K&B Rapida 106 - 8 color UV press with the latest technology. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years UV sheetfed experience as a lead operator, but we are welcoming all resumes from sheetfed operators with at least 2 years’ experience for assistant pressman positions.

The UV Offset Lead Pressman will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot offset printing presses, ensuring printed materials meet quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing print jobs, monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with production teams to meet deadlines. The role also involves optimizing workflow efficiencies and adhering to operational and safety protocols while meeting client specifications.
