Position Summary:
The General Labourer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support production operations. This includes material handling, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with equipment setup. Additionally, this role will involve packaging duties as needed, ensuring products meet quality standards and production requirements.
- Perform general labour tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
- Support packaging operations, including bottling and labeling, when required.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Assist with equipment setup, break-down, routine cleaning, and maintenance.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Participate in team meetings and follow assigned production schedules.
- Communicate any safety or operational concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 lbs. (25 kg).
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience working with machinery is an asset.
- Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed.
