Seasonal Worker – Full time (Job Requisition: JR24259)

This role accelerates business value by bagging and/or stacking ice on pallets. The worker demonstrates our “True North” attributes: voice of the customer, respect for individuals, no-nonsense communication, utilization of facts, servant leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Stack a variety of products ranging from 5lb to 40lb bags onto standard pallets in a neat and square manner.
• Monitor product quality (e.g., bags not properly tied, foreign objects, yellow ice, and any deviation from standards).
• Learn to start and stop the production line when needed.
• Maintain a safe work area and report hazards to the supervisor.
• Clean the immediate work area and the entire facility according to the Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
• Adhere to the Code of Business Ethics and uphold honesty and integrity.
• Maintain high safety standards.

Must have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, the ability to count, and the ability to complete simple paperwork.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• Lifting and stacking up to 45 lbs throughout a 12‑hour shift.
• Working in a room with temperatures ranging from 45–60°F.
• Frequently sitting, talking or hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms.
• Occasionally standing and walking.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
