Job Summary

The CNC Machinist I produces complex machined parts by setting up, programming, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment.

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated machinist to produce complex machined parts by setting up and operating manual machines as well as potentially programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment.

This full‑time, hourly position pays $19.00–$24.00 per hour based on relevant experience and certifications.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of experience in CNC programming and set‑up or an associate’s degree in machine shop technologies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• Proficient in the English language

• At least 3–4 years of experience in CNC programming and set‑up or an associate’s degree in machine shop technologies with applied science
