Senior ICT (Information & Communication Technology)/Security BIM Designer
Responsibilities:
- Work independently to deliver accurate and professional design documents.
- Strong engineering knowledge of telecommunications (horizontal/backbone cabling and pathways), electronic security systems (access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance), or willingness to learn.
- Collaborate with junior and senior ICT/Security designers to incorporate customer needs and objectives into the 3‑D model using Revit or similar software.
- Complete project‑related construction documents in Revit to show design intent and assist with system‑related activities within all construction administration (CA) activities.
- Coordinate with integrated, multidisciplinary project teams to develop functional requirements, system designs, and other project‑related requirements.
- Assist in problem resolution and technical troubleshooting when support is needed.
- Perform de‑clash exercises in Revit to ensure ICT/Security scopes are well coordinated with other disciplines.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks independently, and deliver products on schedule.
- Ability to work in a high‑velocity environment while maintaining attention to detail and workmanship quality.
- Desire to progress into a designer role is a plus.
- BICSI RCDD, DCDC, OSP, or RTPM a plus.
- PSP (Physical Security Professional) a plus.
- Experience with data centers and federal entities a plus.
- Can‑Do attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in Revit; quick learner of new applications.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and design standards and practices.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and professional education.
- Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- A minimum of 10 years related industry experience.
- Advanced skillset in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
- Advanced skillset in 3D coordination tools.
- Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
- Advanced understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential.
- Leadership and mentoring skillsets required.

The compensation range for this position in Colorado is $79,002.00–$. (Stated benefits are for full‑time regular positions. Temporary and part‑time roles are eligible for limited benefits.)
