Location: Grand Junction, CO 81506 – Onsite
We7re looking for an experienced Aerospace NPI Project Manager / Program Manager to lead new aerospace product introductions from RFQ through production readiness and handoff.
This is a hands-on manufacturing-focused PM role working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to aerospace quality standards.
What You7ll Do- Own the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, resources, and risks
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and customer teams
- Ensure machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and inspection plans are validated
- Manage customer expectations and provide program updates to senior leadership
- Support documentation including FAI, PPAP, travelers, and work instructions
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5+ years of Aerospace Manufacturing experience
- Project/Program Management experience within a manufacturing environment
- New Product Introduction (NPI) / production launch experience
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
- Aerospace quality standards – AS9100, FAI, PPAP
- ERP/MRP systems – SAP experience is a plus
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
