Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice
Location:
Grand Junction, CO
Agency: Pioneer Healthcare Services
Pay: $1,715 to $1,768 per week
Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours

About the Position
If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Hospice in Grand Junction, CO this position might be what you are looking for!
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care focused on comfort and symptom management.
Develop and implement care plans with the hospice team.
Educate patients and families on disease processes and end-of-life care.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and community resources.
Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Offer emotional support to patients and families.
Be available for on-call care when needed.
Qualifications:
CO Registered Nurse license
BLS/CPR Certification
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in hospice, palliative care, or nursing in a similar healthcare setting is required
Valid driver's license

Pay: $1,714.89 - $1,767.93 / week
