Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Community at a senior living community in Grand Junction, CO. We are seeking an outstanding RN to provide clinical care and leadership support.

• Practices according to the community philosophy, policies/procedures, and state standards.
• Completes resident assessments.
• Provides direction and leadership to care staff, including caregivers, medication technicians, and other employees.
• Trains staff on medication administration and other care duties.
• Supports the Director of Nursing and may take on additional leadership tasks.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state.
• Maintains required CEU credits.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong passion for working with seniors.

• Night and Day shifts available (full‑time).
• PRN availability.
• Competitive salary $35 – $44 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $15,000 (full‑time).

Full‑time and part‑time, with night and day shifts. Flexible PRN scheduling is available.
