• Active RN license
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
• Extensive LDRP or Women’s Services experience required
• Prior leadership or director‑level experience preferred
• Strong leadership, operational, and communication skills

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for LDRP services
• Oversee Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Nursery units
• Ensure safe, high‑quality maternal and newborn care
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
• Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and compliance
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
• Manage budgets, resources, and program development
• Support staff education, recruitment, and retention
