Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in GRAND JUNCTION, CO. This is a full-time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active CO Hospice RN, Care Manager license
• 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
• This position begins on 06/15/2026 and ends on 09/07/2026
