Travel RN - Operating Room - Cardiovascular​/CVOR

Position: Travel RN - Operating Room - Cardiovascular OR/CVOR
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a CVOR/Operating Room position requiring at least 1 year of CVOR experience, AHA certifications, and a CO or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Located in an acute care hospital Operating Room (OR) setting,

• Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) unit with the ability to flex to General OR as needed,

• 4x10-hour day shifts per week, 40 hours per week,

• On-call is required during regularly scheduled shifts,

• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need,

• Epic EMR used for charting,

Job Requirements

• Active CO single-state or compact RN license required - no pending licenses accepted,

• Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required - must not expire prior to start date,

• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred,

• Epic EMR experience required,

• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for cardiovascular OR patients,

• Executes delegated medical functions, reviews treatment plans, and documents per hospital and regulatory guidelines,

• Performs health teaching, counseling, and patient referrals as needed,

• Candidates who have been permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment,

• BSN is preferred but not required
