• Develop clinical competencies within the organization based on accreditation standards, policies, and departmental needs.
• Work with Nursing Management and Nursing Education team to coordinate and implement annual skills day and continued education for clinical staff.
• Support and/or teach at department orientation and hospital orientation.
• Serve as an administrator for the learning management system.
• Work with inpatient and outpatient nursing staff, training for standard oncology practices.
• Co‑facilitate Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy course biannually.
• Co‑facilitate the Oncology Certification Prep course.
• Maintain competency in all inpatient and outpatient chemotherapy infusion processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with one (1) year of experience in clinical education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior oncology experience required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred.

$40.00 - $46.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
