Job Overview

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses to work PRN 12‑hour shifts, 6am‑6pm and 6pm‑6am on the skilled nursing unit. The role involves providing RN nursing services, supervising nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.

• Provide RN nursing care in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• Supervise nurse assistants as needed.
• Administer medication passes and treatments.
• Maintain high standards of care, service, and collaboration.

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus.

• Rate range: $38‑$46 per hour.
