LPN, LPN​/LVN

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring LPNs to work PRN 12‑hour shifts (6:00am–6:00pm and 6:00pm–6:00am). The role involves delivering LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility and may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments.

• Provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Supervise nurse assistants and coordinate medication administration.
• Participate in medication passes and other treatments as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in SNF/LTC settings is a plus.
