LPN- Weekend Warrior

Overview

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part‑time 12‑hour shifts: 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am on Saturdays and Sundays. The role offers an opportunity to deliver high‑quality care in a collaborative environment.

• Provide LPN/LV nurse services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• Supervise nurse assistants, administer medication passes and treatments.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check and the Colorado CAPS background check.

• Rate range: $28–$38 per hour.
