Pay Range: $35.00 - $47.08 per hour DOE
Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 for Full‑Time Hires

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Schedule:
Flexible scheduling based on facility needs. Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month, at least 1 shift on a weekend; maintain required licensure, competencies, and mandatory training requirements.
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and nursing standards.
- Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered.
- Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
