At Summit West Care, you'll care for one client at a time in the comfort of their home, instead of juggling multiple patients or residents in a busy facility.

We're looking for compassionate CNAs who want to build meaningful relationships, provide quality care, and focus on the human being in front of them.

Working with clients in the comfort of their homes allow CNAs to appreciate:

• One-on-one client care
• More meaningful, trust-based relationships

When you're rushing between rooms, you have time to connect with clients and provide the level of care they deserve.

Every client's care is customized to their needs, but common responsibilities are:

• Personal care assistance
• Mobility and transfer support
• Monitoring and reporting client changes
• Light housekeeping and homemaking support

We follow individualized care plans to best help client remain safe and independent at home.

• Active Colorado CNA certification
• Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and driver's license
• Compassion, dependability, and professionalism
• Strong communication and documentation skills
  
  Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the care team

Home health, long-term care, assisted living, hospice, and related experience are all welcome, but not required.
