FTEs, providing daily direction while working closely with physicians, social work, utilization review partners, and other department leaders to ensure seamless patient flow and coordination.

The Department is responsible for utilization review, discharge planning, and transitions of care. The Case Management RN Manager is responsible for both clinical leadership and operational oversight, including staff development, competency support, and driving quality improvement initiatives across case management services. The Case Management RN Manager also manages day‑to‑day operations such as staffing coordination, performance monitoring, regulatory alignment, and collaboration with payers and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient throughput and resource utilization.
