This position is responsible for providing nursing services and case management to residents in accordance with their scope of practice under their Registered Nurse (RN) license or practice under their Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Essential duties and responsibilities include demonstrating ethical and professional behavior that align with the values of the Hilltop's Life Adjustment Program (LAP), conducting oneself as a leader, providing nursing care to residents, conducting initial nursing assessments, coordinating resident care, documenting all care provisions, providing education and instruction to residents and their caregivers, providing in-service education to staff, updating residents' families or caregivers on progress, assuming responsibility for delegation of nursing tasks, collaborating and assisting with other programs, and participating in the on-call duty rotation.

More specifically, in this role we request current licensure in good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Colorado or Current Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Colorado, and 2 years of related work experience required. Certificates, licenses, and registrations include current state licensure as a RN in Colorado or Current State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Colorado (required), CPR Certificate/First Aid Certificate (required), De-Escalation Training (preferred), and Hilltop's Transportation Certification (preferred).
