Community Hospital is seeking a Care Partner II (CNA License Required) for the Med Surg unit on a part-time daytime schedule. You will respond to patient needs, assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and documentation under RN supervision.
Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, recording vitals, coordinating with nursing staff, and ensuring clean, safe rooms. A high school diploma and current BLS are required; prior CNA experience is preferred.
