Red Cliffs Post Acute in Colorado is hiring full-time LPNs to provide patient-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing unit. Shifts are 6am–6pm, with a schedule of Monday–Wednesday and Friday–Sunday.
You will perform nursing duties, supervise nurse assistants, and administer medications and treatments. A current Colorado LPN license and CPR certification are required, along with the ability to pass state background checks.
