Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry

Position

Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Key Duties:
  
  Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans with patient and team input, direct and coordinate care delivery, and evaluate patient outcomes to revise care plans accordingly.
• Professional Responsibilities:
  Promote nursing standards, ensure legal and ethical compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in professional development.

Current RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN preferred (mandatory as of a recent update). Less than 12 months of experience requires obtaining a BSN within four years.

• Skills:
  
  Patient care, interdisciplinary teamwork, communication, critical thinking, documentation, and care coordination.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to see, hear, communicate, manipulate equipment, lift/move patients, and navigate busy environments.

Full-time night shifts, based in Grand Junction, Colorado. Salary ranges from $36.71 to $56.17 per hour, with comprehensive benefits focused on wellness and professional growth.
