Registered Nurse Resource Pool

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
Responsibilities include: delivering evidence-based care across multiple units, performing assessments, developing care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, documenting patient information, adapting to varied workflows, and educating patients and families.
Qualifications: Current RN license, at least 1 year of experience, BLS certification, and willingness to float across units. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and experience in diverse or high-acuity settings.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, adaptability, critical thinking, and clinical expertise. Physical requirements involve patient handling, equipment operation, and effective communication in fast-paced environments.
Additional Details: Full-time and part-time roles with day, night, and mixed shifts, including weekend shifts, are available. Compensation ranges from $37.45 to $57.29 per hour, with a float differential. Benefits focus on wellness and professional growth.
