Job OverviewAs a provider at Marathon Health, you practice relationship‑based medicine at the top of your license, offering holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. You work autonomously with access to resources such as Up To Date and RubiconMD, free of charge.
Responsibilities- Provide patient‑centered primary care with a focus on prevention, wellness, acute and chronic disease management.
- Manage chronic care and urgent visits, offering health education and wellness guidance.
- Utilize company tools and resources to support patient care.
Nurse Practitioner Minimum
Job Requirements:
- Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
- Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
- Federal DEA number preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required at start.
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
Physician Associate Minimum
Job Requirements:
- Active license and current NCCPA board certification.
- Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
- Federal DEA number preferred.

- Full Practice Authority strongly preferred where applicable per State guidelines.
Pay Range: $78,000 – $102,000 per year for a schedule of 24 hours a week. The actual offer may vary by geographic location and candidate experience.
