Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring part-time weekend LPNs to join our caring team in Grand Junction, Colorado. Shifts are 12‑hour blocks, 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am on Saturdays and Sundays. You will provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled unit, with potential supervision of aides and assistance with medications and treatments.
Applicants must hold an active Colorado LPN license, CPR certification, and pass a CAPS background check. Local LTC/SNF experience is a plus.
