Weekly pay: $1,908-$1,947 per week | Guaranteed hours: 40 per week

Shift: Weekdays (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) with on-call and weekend rotations

In-ppatient hospice care provider; travel assignment

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and manage hospice symptoms, implementing individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to an assigned caseload, including medication administration, vital signs, and symptom control
  • Educate patients and families on goals of care, treatment options, and self-care strategies to support informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other clinicians; coordinate care across home, nursing home, group home, or assisted living settings
  • Document care plans, progress notes, and care conferences; ensure accurate and timely communication within the team
  • Maintain compliance with hospice regulations and organization policies; participate in quality and safety initiatives
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license (state‑specific as required for assignment)
  • Ability to practice in a hospice care setting and participate in on‑call rotations
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with an interdisciplinary team and manage a patient caseload
  • Commitment to patient‑and‑family‑centered hospice care
  • Prior hospice or palliative care experience is preferred but not mandatory
