Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing technology, evidence-based practices, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Assess and address patients' physical and psychological needs, develop individualized treatment plans, communicate compassionately, oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs, participate in clinical team conferences, and adhere to hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:Valid RN license, current BLS certification (ACLS as needed), graduation from an accredited nursing program, and, for ASN/ADN holders, a BSN within four years unless exempted by extensive experience. Ability to operate monitors, assist with patient transfers, and communicate effectively. Physical requirements include lifting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity to handle equipment.
