Role Overview :
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating outcomes.
Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of physical, social, and psychological health, develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, and coordinate care through delegation and collaboration.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses, adjust care plans accordingly, and ensure documentation complies with legal and ethical standards.
Skills &Qualifications:
Current RN license in the practice state, BLS certification, and, for less experienced nurses, a BSN within four years. Preferred candidates hold a BSN from an accredited institution.
Key Duties:Prioritize patient needs, utilize critical thinking, communicate effectively, and promote professionalism within legal and regulatory frameworks.
Physical & Other Requirements:Ability to see, hear, communicate, and perform manual tasks, including lifting and maneuvering equipment and patients.
