Travel RN - Operating Room - Cardiovascular​/CVOR

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CVOR position requiring a CO or compact RN license and the flexibility to float to General OR.

• Active RN license, single state or Compact, CO or compact license required
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required, must not expire prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the CVOR specialty required
• ASN required, BSN preferred
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

• Operating Room unit within a hospital setting
• 10-hour day shifts with variable scheduling
• Must be willing and able to flex to General OR based on business need
• On-call responsibilities required during scheduled shifts
• Uses Epic for charting
• Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted nursing practice standards
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient nursing care
• Provides health teaching, counseling, and therapeutic treatment to patients
• May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need
• Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Returning permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
