Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Agency: Pioneer Healthcare Services
Pay: $1,988 to $2,050 per week
Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours

Travel Nurse Source is working with Pioneer Healthcare Services to find a qualified Hospice RN in Grand Junction, Colorado, 81506!

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care focused on comfort and symptom management.
- Develop and implement care plans with the hospice team.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and end-of-life care.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and community resources.
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Offer emotional support to patients and families.
- Be available for on-call care when needed.
- CO Registered Nurse license
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in hospice, palliative care, or nursing in a similar healthcare setting is required
- Valid driver's license
- Pay: $1,988.07 - $2,049.56 / week
- Location: Grand Junction, CO
- Assignment Length: 12
- Shift: Day 5x8 - up to 40.00 hours per week
- Setting: Hospice
- Workplace: On-site
